2. Use of Service
True Compliance Shield provides automated compliance verification against government databases (SAM.gov, OIG LEIE, OFAC). You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes, such as verifying the eligibility of your employees, contractors, and vendors.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide real-time, accurate data directly from federal sources, True Compliance Shield is not responsible for inaccuracies in the underlying government databases. Our tool is a compliance aid, and ultimate legal responsibility for vendor compliance remains with your organization.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pro accounts are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall True Compliance Shield or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
